Despite autumn continuing its rainy pattern at our Buckmore Park site in Petersfield we have made steady progress.
With the pads and beams now poured vertical insulation is being laid both outside and inside all surfaces to keep moister in the building to a minimum.
Three layer protection is also being applied to the top of the foundations including a black jack primer and waterproof cement compound.
Tunnels can be clearly through the beams to comply with the latest building regulations on cross ventilation under concrete floors.
With the wide span planks being delivered to site shortly and work on the steel frame due to start in mid-December it’s going to be a very busty run up to the festive season at Buckmore park!
