Dave is a highly proactive and driven Site Manager at Amiri Homes, with extensive knowledge and determination to ensure the successful outcome of projects. He is responsible for managing and controlling on-site building work from start to finish. Over the years, Dave has predominantly worked on residential projects, gaining a wealth of experience in this sector. He builds strong rapports with subcontractors, management, and clients, ensuring full compliance with project specifications. Dave efficiently organises subcontractors, manages the programme and procurement, oversees day-to-day health and safety, and adeptly liaises and coordinates works within a live working environment.

On a personal level, Dave enjoys spending time on the golf course and walking his Staffordshire Bull Terrier.
