Amiri was appointed the design and construction of Woodcroft Copse a development in Lovedean, Waterlooville, working in partnership with Guinness Homes.

CABBAGE PATCH, BOURNEMOUTH
A five storey residential building located in the heart of Bournemouth. Delivered directly for BCP Council and built to Passivhaus standard.

CRAVEN COURT, BOURNEMOUTH
Delivery of a new 24 unit apartment block that consists of one and two bedroom apartments, delivered for BCP Council to Passivhaus standard.

FEATURED PROJECT
MOORE CLOSE, NEW MILTON
New Forest District Council appointed Amiri to deliver a new affordable housing development at Moore Close in New Milton. The scheme created 16 new homes – ten houses and six flats – offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom properties for rent and shared ownership.

FEATURED PROJECT
STANFORD HILL, LYMINGTON
The design and construction of Pegasus Lymington Gate, a prestigious later-living development. Providing 44 luxury later-living apartments across four storeys, complemented by communal spaces, landscaped areas and on-site parking for 34 vehicles.

FEATURED PROJECT
PARK VIEW, BASINGSTOKE
The design and Build contract to deliver 70 new apartments for Knightspur Homes. The development was forward sold to The Guinness Partnership, one of the UK’s largest affordable housing and care providers.
