Shimmering CETC!

Blog update

Once again the silver CETC building was shimmering in the sun for the latest visit by the Blogging Team…and Ben and Chris couldn’t believe the amount of progress made in recent weeks!

On the first floor the Fermacell internal frame is now complete creating the many individual classrooms. These have been fitted out with board and the fine surface filler was being applied prior to painting. Throughout the building M&E continues with the instillation of sockets and light fittings well underway.

Externally the groundworks are continuing with the car park almost finished. Perhaps most strikingly the building is now fully glazed giving it a far more complete look, with the dark glass contrasting beautifully against the silver cladding.
