Men's Health Week

Is it time for your MOT? And no, we aren’t referring to your car. Men’s Health week is to help promote men’s health and the Men’s Health Forum are working to make sure men take time to notice what is going on in their body and mind to make sure their health, both physical and mental, stays in the best shape possible. This week we have given out leaflets from the men’s health forum, to our staff and given a toolbox talk on the importance of looking after your health. #Menshealthweek
