Completion of Sustainable Affordable Housing Development at Moore Close, New Milton

We are proud to announce the completion of the affordable housing development at Moore Close, New Milton, a project we have been constructing in partnership with New Forest District Council. This development includes six apartments and ten houses, providing fantastic new homes for local people.

These homes have been built with a strong commitment to sustainability, meeting the government’s proposed Future Homes Standard, delivering a 75-80% reduction in carbon emissions compared to current building regulation standards.
