New Project Secured: 37-39 Salisbury Road, Totton

We are pleased to announce that Amiri has secured a new project, working in partnership with New Forest District Council. This development will involve the construction of 20 new ‘Future Homes Standard’ affordable flats on Salisbury Road in Totton.

Works include the demolition of the existing buildings at 37-39 Salisbury Road, making way for the construction of two zinc and masonry clad apartment blocks. The site will feature external cycle storage and extensive landscaping to enhance the living environment for future occupants.

We’re looking forward to starting work on the ground in the near future.
