Amiri win Bournemouth University Studland House refurbishment project

Amiri Interiors, a division of Amiri Construction, has just won the £502,000 phase one reconfiguration and refurbishment project of Studland House for new client Bournemouth University.
Located in the heart of the Lansdowne district of Bournemouth on Christchurch Road, Studland House is set in an area occupied by offices, shops and student residential blocks for Bournemouth University use and will remain occupied throughout the works, with existing services maintained.
The complex works include the replacement of all existing electrical and mechanical installations and heating distribution with new BMS controls as well as major alterations to layouts that will involve the demolition of existing walls and ceilings to provide a modern office interior that supports updated IT infrastructure, also to be installed, and current fire regulation requirements.
The completed refurbishment will be used to house Professional Service staff offices for Bournemouth University.

Amiri Interiors will start work on site 10th June 2019, completing the works in a fast-track 14-week programme completing 16th September 2019.
