Amiri starts on 9th project with Kingsbridge Estates
Amiri Interiors, a division of Amiri Construction are starting on a £1.2million extension and refurbishment project to Charlotte Place in the centre of Southampton. The works includes extension to the front of the building to create a new and enhanced reception and first floor area, a new staircase, refurbishment works to the new first floor and breakout space, with the aim to bringing the level of quality and finish that is previously unseen in the Southampton Office market.
This project will be Amiri’s ninth project with Kingsbridge Estates, a leading developer of commercial space in the south. The project has just commenced on site and is due to complete at the start of Summer 2021.

London based Architect, Minifie, Hedge End based Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, Gleeds are involved with the project and Calcinotto, who are providing the Structural Engineering design and Ion Consulting Engineers who are providing the Mechanical and Electrical design are both based along the South coast.
