Amiri awarded new design and build Business School for Barton Peveril College

Amiri awarded construction of the new design and build Business School for Barton Peveril College.

Amiri Construction are starting construction of the £7 million new design and build Business School at Barton Peveril College in Eastleigh.  

The project located at their Chestnut Avenue campus in Eastleigh sees the build of a new 2,789m2 Business School. The new development will include 29 classrooms, seminar room, tutorial space, student study zone, admin offices, social space, a second floor terrace and landscaping of the car park and courtyard area.

The project will achieve BREEAM ‘very good’ by incorporating green technologies such as Solar Panels and Ground Source Heat Pumps. 

The project is due to complete Easter 2023.

Having successfully completed both phases of the Nobel Building and the Science Block for the College in the past we look forward to using the knowledge, experience and relationships gained to deliver an exceptional Amiri project experience”.

Oxford based Architects, Grayling Thomas; Structural Engineer, Stantec and M&E Consultant, CBG are working on the project, along side Project Managers, Bidwells and Southampton based Quantity Surveyors, AECOM.
