A redevelopment of the former Buttericks Factory in Havant for repeat client Kingsbridge Estates. The 2.5-acre site, known as Spring Business Park, is located on the New Lane Industrial Estate – a brownfield site with sensitive tree/landscape issues, with housing across the road and immediately behind. The site is part of the local developer’s commitment to meeting demand for high-quality business space in the south - creating employment opportunities for local people and contributing to the area’s prosperity and growth.

Amiri have worked with Kingsbridge Estates for over 10 years. All 10 projects have been delivered on time and to budget.

Using the existing team relationships, incorporating key supply chain partners, and inviting innovation, we demonstrated improved value, better ESG provision – vital for their funding and a product that they could apply to any site and quickly appraise the value, allowing them to make better educated decisions. Amiri hosted the inaugural meeting of the team at their Segensworth office. The model is being continually updated but, most importantly, has allowed Kingsbridge to move quickly to secure sites and create employment opportunities for local communities across the South.

A local supply chain – 80% of the supply chain on this project was within 25 miles.

The new BREEAM very good development provides 12 self-contained industrial/warehouse units built to Grade A specification, in two terraces with 122 car spaces and roads. The units are available in a range of sizes from 3,990-16,800 sq ft, with units able to be combined in order to meet the growing demand for flexible sized units located in this key development area.
