Amiri have got it covered at Brecknock!

Blog update

The complicated roof trusses certainly caught the eye of the Blogging Team on their recent visit. Intricately cut on site they are a testament to the skill of the construction team at our Countess of Brecknock Hospice.

The roof itself is made up of wood ply, then a layer of DPM followed by the insulation. On top of that goes the waterproof single ply membrane. The seams of the membrane around the south wing water outlets were being welded during the visit.

Now that much of the roof is in place the under floor heating for the lower west wing has been installed, and the M&E containment has begun in both the east wing and west wings. The plumbing and drainage for the wet rooms has also started.
