Andy has been involved in a pre-contract capacity within contracting in Northern Ireland, London and southern England for more than thirty years.

Andy is experienced in a wide variety of projects procuring a wide-ranging nature and extent of work, through various combinations of traditional/D&B and tendering/partnering/negotiation from marketing stage through to receipt of order, remaining involved beyond this point in order to facilitate smooth progression between pre and post construction.

Andy is married with two grown up daughters and a mad Cockapoo that he enjoys taking long country walks with.  He is a keen sportsman with interests in most sports but preferably playing golf and watching rugby.
