Dave has been part of Amiri Construction since 2005, joining as the company’s first Quantity Surveyor and playing a key role in shaping our commercial success. With a career that began in 1984, he brings decades of industry experience.
As Commercial Director, Dave leads Amiri’s commercial strategy, ensuring robust cost management, contractual clarity and long-term value for clients. He works closely with project teams from tender stage through delivery, providing guidance on procurement, risk management and financial performance.
His collaborative leadership style helps maintain strong client relationships, supports consistent project outcomes and drives continuous improvement across the business.
Known for his attention to detail and pragmatic approach, Dave ensures every project achieves the best possible value and quality.
Outside work, Dave enjoys keeping fit through running and mountain biking. He also plays the guitar and is a keen follower of football and cricket.
