His deep technical understanding and collaborative approach ensure that every project begins on the strongest possible foundations
As Pre-Construction Director, Andy leads the front-end planning and coordination that shape each scheme long before work starts on site. He works closely with clients, consultants and the Amiri delivery teams to develop robust proposals, manage design development, assess risks and opportunities, and ensure projects are fully aligned with programme, budget and quality expectations. His role is central to creating clear, deliverable strategies that support a seamless transition from pre-construction into construction.
Andy’s ability to connect people, information and objectives underpins Amiri’s commitment to openness, partnership and precision. His leadership ensures clients receive certainty, clarity and confidence at every stage of the pre-construction journey.
Away from work, Andy enjoys walking his lively Cockapoo, playing golf and watching rugby. He is married with two grown-up daughters.
