Project Overview
The design and construction of Woodcroft Copse a development in Lovedean, Waterlooville, working in partnership with Guinness Homes.
The project involved the full design, construction and delivery of 31 high-quality affordable homes, developed in line with Employer’s Requirements and local authority standards.
The scheme comprises 25 houses and 6 apartments across 31 residential plots, delivering a mix of two, three and four-bedroom terraced and semi-detached homes.
Designed to respond to local housing need, the development provides spacious, well-planned homes that meet nationally described space standards while offering private gardens and a practical, family-friendly layout within a quiet, semi-rural location.
It was great working with the team from Amiri Homes to build these family homes for local people with Havant Borough Council. Looking forward to the next one!

The successful completion of Woodcroft Copse has delivered a high-quality, sustainable residential development that contributes positively to the local community. The project achieved full compliance with planning conditions, building regulations and Guinness Homes’ technical standards, ensuring long-term durability, safety and performance.
Through careful coordination of design, construction and statutory approvals, Amiri delivered a development that balances affordability with quality. The homes were completed to robust workmanship standards, incorporating energy-efficient building fabric and services to help reduce long-term running costs for residents.

Amiri was appointed to complete the construction of Templeman Place, a residential development in Bournemouth delivering 27 new council-owned homes for Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council. The scheme comprised a four-storey apartment building providing 16 one-bedroom and 11 two-bedroom flats, together with bin and cycle storage, parking, electric vehicle charging points and a relocated substation.
