Project Overview
The design and construction of Woodcroft Copse a development in Lovedean, Waterlooville, working in partnership with Guinness Homes.
The project involved the full design, construction and delivery of 31 high-quality affordable homes, developed in line with Employer’s Requirements and local authority standards.
The scheme comprises 25 houses and 6 apartments across 31 residential plots, delivering a mix of two, three and four-bedroom terraced and semi-detached homes.
Designed to respond to local housing need, the development provides spacious, well-planned homes that meet nationally described space standards while offering private gardens and a practical, family-friendly layout within a quiet, semi-rural location.



It was great working with the team from Amiri Homes to build these family homes for local people with Havant Borough Council. Looking forward to the next one!

The successful completion of Woodcroft Copse has delivered a high-quality, sustainable residential development that contributes positively to the local community. The homes were completed to robust workmanship standards, incorporating energy-efficient building fabric and services to help reduce long-term running costs for residents.

New Forest District Council appointed Amiri to deliver a new affordable housing development at Moore Close in New Milton. The scheme created 16 new homes – ten houses and six flats – offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom properties for rent and shared ownership.

STANFORD HILL, LYMINGTON
The design and construction of Pegasus Lymington Gate, a prestigious later-living development. Providing 44 luxury later-living apartments across four storeys, complemented by communal spaces, landscaped areas and on-site parking for 34 vehicles.
