Construction of a new build bespoke headquarters for Fittleworth Medical.
This project involved the design and construction of a new 17,600 sq. ft UK headquarters for Fittleworth Medical, a leading NHS home dispensing company specialising in ostomy, continence, and wound care medical appliances. The purpose of the development was to support the company’s continued growth and provide a modern, efficient workspace aligned with its operational needs.
The building was constructed using a steel frame structure on traditional foundations, incorporating composite concrete floors, aluminium wall and roof cladding, and aluminium curtain walling. The project also included a full internal fit-out, featuring raised access floors throughout, alongside extensive external landscaping to enhance the site environment
