Project Overview
Hearth House is a luxury, purpose-built student accommodation currently under construction in Southampton.
Scheduled for completion in Summer 2027, Hearth House will offer 192 boutique studio apartments (198 beds) in a striking five-storey building with an additional basement level, located on Hulse Road in Southampton.
Each studio is fully fitted to a high specification and includes individually controlled air conditioning. Residents will benefit from luxury bathrooms, premium kitchen appliances, ergonomic study furniture, smart TVs, safes and generous storage solutions such as dual wardrobes and under-bed compartments.
The development is designed with a strong focus on wellbeing, sustainability, and community. Residents will have access to a range of high-quality amenities, including a private gym, cinema, and landscaped gardens with outdoor BBQ areas and pergolas. Each floor also features corner lounges, while a large entertaining space for up to 100 people, complete with a chef’s kitchen, provides the perfect setting for social dining and community events.
