Amiri delivered the design and construction of a new two-storey primary healthcare facility for Primary Health Properties.
The building provides modern clinical and support accommodation designed to meet the needs of a growing patient community.
The development includes a pharmacy (shell only), staff training and meeting rooms, WC facilities, practice nurse rooms, consulting and treatment spaces, adult changing facilities, and both clean and dirty utility areas. The scheme also incorporates administrative and business management offices to support day-to-day operations.
The building was designed with a clear focus on patient flow, accessibility, and clinical efficiency, providing a welcoming environment that supports high-quality healthcare delivery.
Project Outcomes
The completed Eastergate Medical Centre, formerly known as The Croft Medical Centre. Offers a modern, well-planned healthcare environment that enhances service provision for patients and staff.
The facility supports a wide range of clinical functions, improves operational efficiency, and strengthens the community’s access to primary care. Designed and built to high standards, the project delivers long-term value through robust construction, thoughtful spatial planning, and compliance with current healthcare guidelines.
