The design and construction of five new affordable homes.
Amiri delivered five new homes on Church Road, Longstock, on behalf of English Rural Housing Association. The scheme provides four affordable rented homes and one shared ownership home for people with strong connections to the village.
The project included the full design and construction of the homes, together with associated roads, drainage, utilities, landscaping and external works. The development helps meet local housing need while supporting the long-term sustainability of the Longstock community.
Project Outcomes
Church Fields has delivered five high-quality affordable homes, providing four properties for affordable rent and one shared ownership home for people with strong local connections to Longstock.
The development helps address identified rural housing need, enabling local people to remain within their community while supporting the village’s long-term sustainability. Delivered in partnership with English Rural Housing Association, the scheme demonstrates the positive impact of collaboration in creating much-needed affordable rural homes.
The completed development was officially opened by HRH The Princess Royal, Patron of English Rural Housing Association, during Rural Housing Week 2026.

Amiri delivered Connect 5 in Hook, Hampshire, for long-standing client Kingsbridge Estates, marking the tenth project completed together. The development provides over 56,000 sq ft of flexible industrial accommodation across three units, comprising one 37,800 sq ft unit and two 9,280 sq ft units, with the smaller units capable of being combined if required.

TEMPLEMAN PLACE, LEEDAM ROAD
Amiri was appointed to complete the construction of Templeman Place, a residential development in Bournemouth delivering 27 new council-owned homes for Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council. The scheme comprised a four-storey apartment building providing 16 one-bedroom and 11 two-bedroom flats, together with bin and cycle storage, parking, electric vehicle charging points and a relocated substation.
