Project Overview
Amiri delivered the design and build of a new indoor activity centre for Butlin’s at their Bognor Regis resort.
The PLAYXPERIENCE offers guests a wide range of family-friendly activities under one roof, including Laser Tag, Escape Rooms, Climbing Walls, Soft Play Areas, glow-in-the-dark ping pong, table tennis and mini golf, as well as electronic darts and a variety of other entertainment facilities.
Situated at the heart of the Butlin’s Bognor Regis campus, the project required exceptional planning and coordination.
Construction was undertaken within a fully operational holiday resort, surrounded by guests throughout the duration of the build. A strictly managed delivery schedule was implemented to ensure works did not disrupt the day-to-day running of the resort or impact the guest experience.
Project Outcomes
The completed PLAYXPERIENCE has transformed the leisure offering at Butlin’s Bognor Regis, creating a vibrant, weatherproof, all-year-round attraction for families and visitors.
The project demonstrates Amiri’s ability to deliver high-quality, technically complex schemes within live environments, maintaining operational continuity while achieving the highest standards of safety, coordination and finish.
