Amiri Construction was appointed to design and construct a new warehouse and office facility at Greenham Business Park, delivering a high-quality 2,640m² industrial building with integrated office space, external fenced yard and dedicated car parking.
The building achieves a BREEAM Very Good rating and an A-rated EPC, reflecting a strong focus on sustainability and long-term operational efficiency. Future-proofed to accommodate a full fleet of electric vehicles, the facility embodies Greenham Trust’s forward-thinking approach to sustainable business development.
Delivered on budget and a week ahead of programme, the project provides a modern, efficient workspace that meets both current operational needs and future environmental standards.
