We’re pleased to share that Templeman Place, a development of 27 new homes in Bournemouth, has been named Regional Winner for Best Small Social Housing at the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2026!
Led by our Jason Llewellyn, we’re incredibly proud to see this development recognised, celebrating the hard work, care and collaboration that went into creating these much-needed new affordable homes.
A huge thank you and congratulations to BCP Council, Pdp Architecture Llp, our Amiri Homes project team and our trusted supply chain partners. Everyone involved has played a part in this achievement. 🔺
