We’re proud to announce the successful completion of Salisbury Road, Totton for our valued repeat client, New Forest District Council.
This latest social housing development delivers 20 high-quality homes for social rent in two newly built apartment blocks close to Totton town centre. Built on previously developed land, the scheme is another important step in New Forest District Council’s commitment to greener, lower-carbon living across the district.
Designed and delivered to meet the government’s Future Homes Standard and the nationally described space standard, the project reflects strong planning, delivery and teamwork throughout.
All homes include advanced insulation, high-performance glazing, and low-carbon heating and ventilation systems to maximise energy efficiency and resident comfort. The homes have now been allocated to residents on the Homesearch housing register, helping provide much-needed affordable housing within the local community.
This project marks another successful collaboration with New Forest District Council, continuing our shared commitment to delivering sustainable, affordable housing across the region.
