Our blog team recently returned to SEP – Little Testwood Farm, Totton to capture the latest progress on site.
The project is continuing to take shape, with preparations well underway for the installation of the external cladding and the pouring of the ground floor bearing slab. Progress has also been made on the mezzanine, where the main beam has now been boxed in and the structural steelwork has been protected with intumescent paint.
