The blog team recently visited Hearth House, a flagship luxury student residence in Southampton, to see the latest progress on site.
Works are progressing well, with piling and capping beam operations continuing at pace. Shuttering for the reinforced concrete capping beam is also moving forward, setting the stage for the upcoming reduced dig for the basement.
