Our blog team visited Hearth House for the first time to see the project in its early stages. The development will provide 192 boutique studio apartments (198 beds) in a striking five-storey building on Hulse Road, designed with premium finishes and high-spec amenities.
With the demolition of the former St Margaret’s House now complete, work has begun on the reduced dig. A key focus on site is the preservation of the large tree area, where the Cellweb root protection system is being carefully implemented.
