Project Update: Greenham Business Park – Central Plot
The Blog team recently visited the early stages of Amiri Construction’s latest project at Greenham Business Park – Central Plot, where groundworks are now underway.
This development comprises three separate buildings, providing space for up to six industrial units. The scheme includes a large warehouse, a motor trade building and a research operations building.
The development will feature service yards, ample parking, mezzanine floors, power-floated concrete floors, and passenger and goods lifts where required. Externally, the three steel-framed buildings will be finished with Euro Cladding to complement the surrounding business park. They are being constructed on large pad and strip foundations, with brick and blockwork up to DPC level.
