We’re pleased to mark the start on site at SEP – Little Testwood Farm, Totton, involving the construction of a new industrial unit alongside extensive external works. The scheme includes on-site roads, parking areas, communal open spaces, and new vehicular and pedestrian connections, with ground improvement works forming a key part of the delivery.
The development is being delivered for Specialised Engineering Products ltd, specialists in the supply of high-quality sealing devices.
This is a fantastic milestone for a project five years in the making – great to see it underway.
