Amiri Homes is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the contract to deliver 10 new affordable homes on New Inn Road, Bartley, working once again in partnership with English Rural Housing Association.
The development will comprise six houses – four two-bedroom and two three-bedroom homes – along with four two-bedroom flats. The scheme will also include all associated external works, such as roads, drainage, landscaping and services.
Each home will be built to the Future Homes Standard, with no gas connection and incorporating photovoltaic (PV) panels, air source heat pumps, and an electric vehicle (EV) charging point, supporting energy efficiency and sustainability.
These much-needed homes will be available to rent to people with a local connection to Copythorne, helping to support long-term community sustainability and meet local housing needs.
Work is scheduled to begin on site in the New Year, and we look forward to getting started on this project.
