We’re pleased to celebrate the completion of Connect 5, comprising three high-quality, sustainable industrial units delivered for our long-valued client, Kingsbridge Estates.
Connect 5 marks another important milestone for Amiri and reflects the strong working relationship we have built together over the years.
The completed development provides over 56,000 sq ft of flexible industrial space, with sustainability at the heart of the scheme.
Connect 5 has achieved BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A+, alongside a 100% electric energy strategy and rooftop solar PV, creating energy-efficient, power-ready industrial space for modern occupiers.
