Locks Heath Free Church is really taking shape

Blog update

With the face brickwork now 95% complete and the glazing and curtain walling being installed, our Locks Heath Free Church site is really taking shape!

Combined service trenches for the electricity, water and gas are currently being dug with the recent dry weather certainly helping progress.

Internally the metal studwork system for the dry lining is being fixed throughout the building. M&E trunking, cabling, pipe work and ducting is also well underway.

In the impressive Sanctuary the ceiling has now been sprayed matt black. Work on hanging the M&E services has commenced and when fully installed they will also be sprayed black. The large 900mm ventilation ducts are certainly an impressive sight!
