Amiri awarded £5.6m new build Retail Park scheme in Alton

Amiri Construction awarded the design and build of the £5.6m Mill Lane Retail Park scheme in Alton. 

Amiri Construction have begun work on the design and build of the £5.6 million Mill Lane Retail Park scheme in Alton. The scheme is providing four new retail units totalling 46,575sqft together with associated service roads, car parking and landscaping. Pre-lets include retailers Lidl, Home Bargains and Costa Coffee. 

The project is due to be completed in the October 2022 with tenant fit out following immediately thereafter and the occupiers are targeting opening in February 2023.

Working with Amiri and Hargreaves are HNW Architects; Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, RLF; Ian White Associates are providing the M&E Design and Scott White & Hookins are providing the Structural and Civil engineering design.
